Information we process

When you use a tool, we receive the text you submit, your chosen tool and basic technical information needed to process the request. We forward your submitted text to our text-generation service provider to create a response. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, medical records or other highly sensitive information.

We do not offer user accounts, and this version of the website does not intentionally save the submitted text or generated results in an application database. Temporary processing and third-party provider retention may still apply.

How information is used

We process tool requests to provide your requested output, prevent misuse, troubleshoot service availability and protect website security. Automated responses are generated by a third-party API. The content you submit is transferred to that service for processing under its applicable policies.

Cookies and security controls

Our PHP backend uses a necessary session cookie (AIHUBSESSID) to maintain a session and validate requests. The cookie is not used for advertising profiling. We also maintain temporary, hashed-IP request counters on the hosting server to help apply usage limits. The underlying hosting platform may retain routine server and security logs, potentially including IP addresses, under its own retention settings.

Third-party services

The website loads DM Sans and Space Grotesk typography from Google Fonts, which may receive network information such as your IP address when font files are requested. Our website styling is served locally. Generated tool content is processed by OpenAI’s API. Refer to each provider’s privacy notice for its data handling practices.

Advertising

Our current page layouts include labelled advertising placeholders, but these are not functioning advertising units. If Google AdSense or another advertising system is enabled, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies, and this notice and applicable consent options will be updated before activation.

Retention and your choices

We do not provide a saved-results dashboard. You can stop using the tools at any time and avoid including personal data in inputs. Session cookies generally expire at the end of a browser session; server-side counters and hosting logs may persist under server maintenance and log-retention practices.
